Genel olarak şekillendirme prosesi üç grupta toplanabilir:
1- Plastik şe~endirme
2- Döküm ile şekillendirme
3- Presleme
Plastik Şekillendirme: Plastik ifades~ mekanik kuvvet etkisinde taneler
Bu bölüme bir çok şekillendirme yöntemleri girmektedir;
1- Elle şekillendirme
1- Plastik presleme
2- Çömlekçi döner tabla
3- Tornalar
T oma şekillendirmesinde iki yöntem vardır;
Teknik olarak iki aşamalı bir yöntemdir;
1- viskozitesi düşük, katı madde oranı yüksek süspansiyon hazırlamak,
2- kalıp yüzeyinde bir rnasse tabakası elde etmek.
Kalıp malzemesi alçı olduğunda iki çeşit şekillendirme tekniğinden söz edilir;
Bu şekillendirme teknolojisi üç ana başlık altmda incelenebilir;
1- Granül
2- Kalıp
3- Pres
Bu üç ana başlığı oluşturan parametreler şekillendirnıeyi doğrudan
etkilemektedir.
Preslerneyi etkileyen granül parametreleri;
verebilir. Kalıba verilen bombe;
In general, the forming process can be grouped into three groups:

Many shaping methods are included in this section;

Today, the most used plastic for shaping tableware
forming technology is lathe forming.
There are two methods in toma shaping;
1- Internal plastering
2- External plastering
Forming by casting: In principle, clays suitable for casting,

to form the layer.
Technically, it is a two-stage method;
1- To prepare a suspension with low viscosity and high solids content,
2- To obtain a rnasse layer on the mold surface.
When the mold material is plaster, there are two types of forming techniques;
1- full casting •
2- empty casting
Apart from these, forming with a widely used casting
The method is also pressurized. It is formed by casting method. stay in this method

Attention should be paid to mold processing and membrane production, because this
The smallest error that may occur in the parts will affect the final product.
The form to be given to the product is completely determined on the mold, between the two molds.

In other words, the mold should be shaped by considering the tilt of the cheek on the mold.
In addition, the mold dimensions should be adjusted according to the final product dimensions.
Pressing basically takes place as follows; membrane support mold full

After the process is completed, there is oil in the channels between the support mold and the membrane.
This oil starts to fill, by applying a homogeneous pressure to the granule through it.

Single-head and double-head presses are available in this pressing technology. This
